For five years I was in finance. Standing at the MRT at 8:45am, already trying to reply to my manager before he sent the follow-up. Sitting through meetings that could have been emails. Smiling through small talk. Working late, going home exhausted, then doing it all again tomorrow.

The first couple of years I told myself it was growth. By year five I just kept asking myself — is this it?

Fitness was the only part of my week that felt like mine. Not because I had more time or energy than you. I didn't. I trained around a packed schedule. I trained around carpal tunnel when my wrists wouldn't cooperate. I figured out what actually worked when I was running on empty, because that was my reality.

Eventually I quit. I went to Spain. I figured out what I wanted. I came back with my NCSF certifications in personal training and nutrition, and one clear thing I wanted to do.

Not at all. Your program is built around whatever equipment you have access to — whether that's a full gym, a set of dumbbells at home, or anything in between. During your consultation we'll go through what you have available and your plan will be designed around that from day one.
Absolutely. You don't need any prior experience — just the willingness to show up. We start by understanding where you are right now and build from there. The first few weeks are all about learning your body, building consistency, and getting comfortable. No one is thrown in the deep end.
The 4-month plan is where we build the foundation — your training, your nutrition habits, your awareness of what works for your body. The 12-month plan takes that further with quarterly deep-dive strategy calls, a long-term roadmap, and a lifetime locked-in rate. If you are serious about making this a lifestyle change and not just a short-term fix, the 12-month is built for that. Not sure which one is right for you? We'll figure it out together on your consultation call.
Every week you'll send in your progress update — how you are feeling, any changes in your body, and how training and nutrition have been going. I review everything personally and send you back feedback, adjustments if needed, and what to focus on for the following week. You also have direct messaging access throughout, so you are never waiting a full week if something comes up.
